Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and selected international destinations.

Processing Time

Most orders are designed, prepared, or 3D printed to order and are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

  • United Kingdom: Free over £50, otherwise £3.99
  • Europe: £15 flat rate
  • United States: £20 flat rate
  • Rest of World: £20 flat rate

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, postal disruptions, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.

Teknospaceworld has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Change of Mind Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs showing the issue.

We will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement item
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Depending on the circumstances, we may not require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.

Personalised and Custom-Made Products

Many of our products are manufactured or customised specifically for each order.

Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your payment provider to complete the refund.
