How long does an order take to arrive?

Each piece is printed to order — production takes 3–7 working days. UK delivery is 2–4 working days after dispatch, Europe 5–10 days, USA & rest of world 7–14 days.

How much does shipping cost?

UK: free over £50, otherwise £3.99. Europe: £15 flat rate. USA & rest of world: £20 flat rate. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

What material are pieces made from?

Our pieces are 3D printed using high-quality PLA material — a precise, durable 3D printing material. Selected lighting uses PETG for heat resistance.

Are the planters waterproof?

Our planters include an integrated sealed liner. We recommend watering with a saucer underneath for peace of mind.

Can I request a custom colour or size?

Yes — drop us a note via the contact page with what you have in mind. We take on a limited number of commissions each month.

How do I care for my piece?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sun and dishwashers. For lamps, use only the recommended bulb wattage.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
